Editing Work
After showing herself as she is, Luisa, who’s dedicated to crest traditional Andean textiles, is rejected by her nephew and her whole town. This leads to a series of events that will make her choose between recovering the only family bond she’s got left or choose herself in the process.
The distribution stage of the fiction short film "SOLA" has been successfully finalized. SOLA is a 15-minute short film that has garnered accolades at esteemed festivals like OutfestPerú LGBTIQ+ Film Festival and PUCP's FILMOCORTO. The project garnered recognition in multiple categories and received backing from the Ministry of Culture in 2021. As an editor, I was tasked with thoroughly editing the short film to enhance the narrative and effectively convey the story. I collaborated closely with the director, implementing narrative adjustments to attain the appropriate pace and alignment with the project's creative vision.
